Most realtors talk about the same thing on their blogs: market stats. Be unique by writing about what really matters to you. Potential clients will gravitate toward your personality.
Takeaway #2 Social Media builds brand awareness. But it doesn’t happen overnight.
Stick with your advertising plan for 6 months to a year to see if you get a return. For me (Elisha) Instagram was a no-brainer. What you get from Instagram in recognition and brand awareness, and that goes a long way. It is a foundation to build your business long term. There is no quick fix.

Team up with good photographers (& jewellers!) or learn to use your phone’s camera. You can do magic with your phone. Make sure you have relevant content. Quality over quantity. Use continuity.
